 JubeKidz Summer Camp

We are excited to host our camp this year {Sunday, July 28 @5pm to Wed, July 31 @12pm} at Camp Baldwin –  Elberta, AL. The theme this year is Treasured. Our aim is for your child to have an experience with the lord that will help them on their journey.

• Please include a $25 deposit per child when submitting form.
• Have the full amount ($175) paid by Sunday June 30th
• Please list any allergies and/or medical concerns.
