— Sin has corrupted our hearts, so we can’t love people

— Sin separates us from God

• Death is not the worst thing that can happen to you. The possibility of your sin sending you to hell is THE biggest problem you have. Nothing else compares to that.

• Your biggest problem is not your husband or wife. It is YOU.

• Your biggest problem is not your kids; it is YOU.

• Your biggest problem is not work or co-workers.

• Your biggest problem is YOUR selfishness, YOUR lack of patience, YOUR lack of love, YOUR anger, YOUR unforgiveness.

• Not your weight, it’s not your sickness, it’s not your bills, the biggest problem you have is YOUR OWN SIN.

• JUST JESUS is the answer to our biggest problem.

• According to the Scriptures, we have the same power living in us that raised Christ from the dead.

• Sin has made us “spiritually paralyzed” before God

— Ephesians states: “And you were DEAD in your trespasses and sins.”

What can a “dead” man do to save himself? Nothing! And we cannot do anything to save ourselves either.

• What is the most important thing about who Jesus is? He is God.

• I John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness
